How to serve a suspension for a Red card or otherwise
Step 1 - Don't get a red card or let your boys get red cards.
Step 2 - If it is too late for that... To serve your suspension:
- Make sure that you / your player are on the match card for the game.
- Cross out the player/coach
- Write "Suspended" next to the person
- Ask the referee to sign the match card and add the date (next to the written word "suspended")
- Take a picture of the signed match card and submit it as proof of your suspension.
