LNUSC is looking for an organized, enthusiastic and friendly individual to take on the Intramural Director position. This role, which is seasonal with the busy times being in August/September for the Fall Season and February/March for the Spring season, is focused on building rosters and game schedules for all intramural teams and finding coaches to volunteer. Below are more details and there is an opportunity to speak with and learn from the person leaving this role before assuming the position.
This is a critical position to the Club as the future success of the club as an organization starts with the intramural program. Intramural soccer builds the foundational skills for players and coaches and is the starting point for anyone’s soccer career whether they continue in intramural or transition to more competitive play with the travel program.
Anticipated hours
- 4-6 per week in peak time, August/September and February/March
- Attendance at a monthly meeting
- Minimal time in season responding to parent/coaches requests and helping to manage game changes

Responsibilities
- Build Team Rosters, try to honor all requests
- Create Schedules for Littles, U6, U8
- Work with MAA for U10 interleague coordination
- Register U12 and U16 with SEPA (Warrington Rec League)
- Order Uniforms, distribute uniforms and SEPA ref fees
- Communicate with Parents (opening day, photo day)
- Coordinate with other Board and volunteer members (e.g., equipment manager, Field Coordinator, Registrar and Treasurer)
- Liaise with Photographer for Picture day
- Order trophies/medals (alternate years with MAA (U10) and every year for Littles, U6, and U8)
